Mascot Rental

    Rules and Regulations

    Payment

    Deposit of $150 is required when booking any party package. Deposit cannot be refunded once paid. NO EXCEPTIONS

    Should  you require a date change, please do so within 48 hours of your original booking or there will be a $40 rebooking fee applied upon rebooking. NO EXCEPTIONS

    We accept visa, master card, debit, and cash. Final party payment can be made at the end of the party. Deposit will be applied to your final bill. Gratuities are not added to your bill but greatly appreciated.

    Party Check-in

    To make check in much easier, please fill out the waiver forms before coming to facility.  If you can not do this, please provide a list of the kid's  first and last name upon arrival.

    Anyone caught not checking in for parties will be asked to leave.  Please ring the bell and wait for service.

    If you tell us that you don't want to add an activity (like adding trampoline to your playground party and your guest are on the trampoline) we will add the $100 add on fee for you at check out.

    Party Attendant

    They are available to assist you in set up and clean up.

    If you are rude to our staff, we will ask you to leave even if you are attending a party.  No exceptions.

    Decorations

    We provide table cloth, napkins, cups, plates, and cutlery for your party. If you want to bring your own decorations you can.

    If your party includes balloons, we ask that when your party is over that they are deflated or put in our foyer, or out to your vehicle.  Should they end up in our high ceilings, you will be responsible with removing them before you leave. Or leave us with the removal for a $25 fee.

    Foods

    No outside food or drinks allowed except if you would like to bring your own ice cream cake, cup cakes or birthday cake for party room. We provide cake knife.
    We will call you 3-5 business days before the party date to confirm the number of kids and food order.
    If you want to order platters for the party, we need at least 24-hour notice in advance.

    Food will be served 30 minutes into your party.  Please notify us if you want a different time.

    Other

    Everyone, both children and parents, must remove their shoes before entering the facility.
    No confetti, or piñata's with the use of a stick permitted.
    No face painting.  No whistle blowers.

    The Party guest are the kids.  If adults of the party would like to play, you must sign a waiver and pay a $10 fee and purchase grip socks if using trampoline and rock walls.

    Loot bags are permitted, but not in the play areas.
